2. Description of Service

BridgeBack provides tools for separated parents to document memories, track co-parenting records, manage custody calendars, log expenses, and access support resources. The app offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.

3. Not Legal Advice

BridgeBack provides general educational information about family law, CPS procedures, and co-parenting. This information is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to use BridgeBack.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you create and store.
• You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, or defame others.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal or violates others' rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Community Guidelines

Community posts are reviewed for safety. We reserve the right to remove posts that are fraudulent, abusive, or promote harm. Scam attempts and suspicious activity will be removed and may result in account termination.

6. Premium Subscription

The Premium subscription costs $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your free-tier features — including the letter vault, document vault, custody calendar, expense tracker, and journal — remain available after cancellation.

7. Expert & Attorney Listings

Expert and attorney profiles are provided for informational purposes. BridgeBack does not endorse or guarantee the services of listed professionals. Users are responsible for evaluating and selecting professionals independently.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of BridgeBack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your personal data is protected by Row-Level Security and is not shared with other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

BridgeBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, legal outcomes, or decisions made based on app content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
